This is a pair of new front double plunging CV axles for a Yamaha ATV.

They fit the following 4x4 models:

2003-2008 ..... Grizzly 660

front, left & right

***supports lift kits up to 2 inches***

Product features:

  • Stronger than OEM chromoly hardened steel axle bar
  • Both CV joints plunge to allow for better movement
  • Greased with a moly based grease to provide superior joint lubrication
  • CV joints fitted with neoprene CV boots for added wear & puncture resistance
  • inobard CV joint spline count: 21 (both)
  • outboard CV joint spline count: 27 (both)
  • Compressed overall axle length: left - 530 mm, right - 491.5 mm

  • Fits front, left and right on the following Yamaha ATV models: 2003-2008 Grizzly 660 4x4.
  • Supports lift kits up to 2 inches. Both inner and outer CV joints are able to plunge. Also features stronger than OEM, 4340 chromoly steel bars for a higher tensile strenth and more durability. Engineered as a direct replacement, fully-assembled, and ready to install.
  • Greased with a moly based grease to provide superior joint lubrication. Fitted with neoprene CV boots for added wear and puncture resistance.
  • Replaces OEM # 5KM-2510F-11-00, 5KM-2510J-30-00, 5KM-2510F-10-00, 5KM-2510F-11-00, 5KM-2510J-20-00. Compressed axle length: left - 530 mm, right - 491.5 mm, Inner splines - 21 (both), Outer splines - 27 (both).
  • Warranty: 1 Year (excluding torn boots & use on lifted vehicles). Lift kit voids warranty, parts are not designed to be used on modified suspensions.
