Q: What shipping options are available?

We can overnight via UPS to most, other options available at request

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, we can ship outside of the USA

Q: Do You ship for free to the Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

No, we do not ship for free to those locations.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes we can ship to 50 States, but there is only free shipping in the contiguous US.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Not for free, but yes. You would need to choose a shipping method other than UPS for your shipping and you will have to pay to have an item shipped to a PO Box.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delays can potentially happen when the wrong address is entered.  If the shipping company can not deliver the package due to weather, or during holidays. Please note that UPS, our primary shipper, cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

The customer is responsible to cover the cost of shipping in certain circumstances. Generally, when the item is returned due to an error on our side or a faulty product, we would cover shipping one way. If you order the wrong product or did not check compatibility with your vehicle and return a part that "does not fit," you will be charged for shipping.
