1. Unless otherwise established, a limited 2-year, one-time warranty applies to all parts sold by ATV Parts Connection, a World of Powersports™ company.
   • Some parts, such as axle boots, do not come with a warranty. Others come with a manufacturer warranty.
   • Manufacturer warranties are to be handled through the manufacturer, and not ATV Parts Connection.
2. All parts are guaranteed to be free from factory defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty herein covers one repair or replacement of a defective part within the original warranty period. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued for the cost of the part purchased. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. For all warranty claims, the buyer is required to return the defective part(s). Upon return, the part(s) will be inspected, and the claim will be completed by ATV Parts Connection.
   • Up to 90 days after the original date of purchase, ATV Parts Connection will provide a pre-paid shipping label for warranty returns. Beyond 90 days, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
4. Most products are designed and intended for jobber purposes.
5. Instruction manuals may not be included - installation by a professional is highly recommended to avoid damage to the product.
   • Damage due to improper installation may void warranty.
6. Under no circumstances will the warranty exceed the amount of the original sale.
7. Warranty does not cover cost of installation, removal, normal wear and tear, or consequential or subsequent damages.
8. Warranty is null and void when used on vehicles for racing purposes and on vehicles used beyond the part’s stated limit (where applicable)
   • e.g., ATV Parts Connection brand (OE replacement) axles are not intended for use on lifted vehicles of any kind, but our MONSTER AXLES XP series are. Using our OE replacement axles with any lift kit will void the warranty.
9. Warranty is non-transferable.
10. Replacement warranty parts will be sent to the original shipping address provided with the original purchase unless alternative arrangements are explicitly arranged.
11. On all warranty claims, the purchaser is responsible for providing the original sales ticket number.

When you buy any of our other parts, ATV Parts Connections offers the following warranty, we will ask you a few questions because the following terms and conditions apply:

1. You need to send the part back to us and cover all shipping costs for the first five years, after that, we cover all shipping costs.
2. Our warranty applies for a limited time as follows
   • Axles- 5 years (boots are excluded and a limit of 4 CV joints over the warranty)
   • Shocks- 3 years (shock covers are excluded and a limit of 1 shock replacement claim over the life of the warranty)
   • CV Joints- 3 years (a limit of 2 cage replacements over the life of the warranty)
   • Boots- 90 days ( a limit of 1 boot replacement over the life of the warranty)
   • Brake Components- 2 years (normal wear and tear is excluded, a limit of 1 replacement component over the life of the warranty)
3. We get to choose if we replace a component of the axle that failed or send you a totally new replacement part. If we send you a replacement part, you are responsible for the shipping cost and the installation costs, but you won’t have to send us your axle so shipping will be less.
4. We reserve the right to cancel the warranty if you keep making claims over and over because you keep installing our products incorrectly or abusing our warranty; we are the judge and jury on that. Just use one of our videos to install our stuff right or call us for help.
5. It is non-transferable so you have to register it before you make any claims.
6. You can’t alter our products from their original state after they have been received. Any changes you make to the part after you take it out of the box voids the warranty.
7. You have to properly maintain our parts, you should check your ATV/UTV after every ride and make sure nothing is broken or out of place or needs maintenance, if you do that and fix what you see, we will cover your part, if you don’t, that’s on you.
8. Our Company will expect you to send us pictures of what went wrong.
9. Our Company won’t cover broken parts because you crashed into someone or something or used it in a race over rough terrain. We expect you use our parts and we know they will hold up, you just need to use your head and watch where you are driving.
10. We do not cover failure during races of any kind.
11. Our Company will only cover the part your bought from us and the replacement part cost up to the original price you paid for that part when you bought it from us or one of our approved distributors.
12. Before we send you a new part, you have to prove to us you sent back the old part unless we tell you not to worry about it. If you don’t want to do that, you can buy a warranty from us that has different rules right here.
13. We cover replacement boots on axles for the first year of this warranty and we will replace up to two boots for you, 1 inner and 1 outer, for each axle you buy, but you have to cover shipping unless you buy our extended boot warranty and you can do that here.
14. We cover replacement joint on axles for the two years of this warranty and we will only replace one CV Joint for you, either an inner or an outer, for each axle you buy, but you have to cover shipping unless you buy our extended CV Joint warranty and you can do that here.
15. If your part is no longer in production, our Company has the right to replace it with a different model that has equivalent performance of the one you bought originally.
