This is a pair of new CV axles for a Honda UTV.

They fit REAR, LEFT & RIGHT on the following models:

2016-2021 ... Pioneer 1000 (excluding LE)

2016-2021 ... Pioneer 1000-5 (excluding LE)

*please note these will not fit any Limited Edition models

*axles made as an OE replacement, and not intended for lifted/ modified vehicles

Product features:

  • Stronger than OEM chromoly hardened steel axle bars
  • Greased with a moly based grease to provide superior joint lubrication
  • Fitted with neoprene CV boots for added wear and puncture resistance
  • Inboard CV joint spline count: 27 (both)
  • Outboard CV joint spline count: 28 (both)
  • Compressed overall axle length: Left - 720 mm, Right - 768 mm

Product Notes

  • Fits rear, left & right on the following Honda UTV models (excluding LE): 2016-2021 Pioneer 1000, 2016-2021 Pioneer 1000-5. Will fit Base, Premium, & Deluxe, just not any LE editions.
  • Features stronger than OEM, 4340 chromoly steel bars for a higher tensile strenth and more durability. Engineered as a direct replacement, fully-assembled, and ready to install. Please note the bearings are usually shipped inside the axle boxes.
  • Joints fitted with neoprene CV boots for added flexibility and resistance to hot/cold temperatures. Also uses high-performance moly grease to keep vital components lubricated. High speed bearings manufactured for long life. Double lip seals made to keep grease in and dirt out.
  • Replaces OEM # 42350-HL4-F01, 42250-HL4-F01. Compressed axle length left: 720mm, right: 768mm. Inboard spline count: 27 (both), Outboard: 28 (both).
  • Warranty: 1 Year (excluding torn boots & use on lifted vehicles). Lift kit voids warranty, parts are not designed to be used on modified suspensions.
