Q: Our Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, or wish to return it for whatever reason, we accept free-to-you returns up to 90 days beyond the original date of purchase.

If your purchase was through another website (e.g. Amazon, eBay, etc) we ask that you use that website to process your return.

Beyond 90 days, we may still accept returns of new products.  However, the cost of shipping will fall to you- the buyer.

Items returned in a broken or otherwise unusable condition are eligible for a warranty claim to be repaired or replaced (for any warranty items), but may not be eligible for a refund.  Refund eligibility is to be determined by us, ATV Parts Connection.

Q: When can I expect my package?

Each of our product listings contains a color coded map showing transit times for packages leaving our warehouse in Jessup, MD. This map shows transit time for standard ground shipping. Our goal is to ship all orders received by 3pm Eastern Time same day.
For drop-shipped items, it typically takes an extra day to ship the order.
If there is an issue with your shipping address, we will need it sort it with you before we can process your order shipment.

Q: What shipping options are available?

We ship orders with UPS and the US Postal Service.
Once your items are added to your cart, view your shopping cart to see our shipping estimate feature. This will show you all available shipping options to your zip code. Once at the checkout screen, you will be able to select your options based on the shipping address entered.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, we ship internationally with the US Postal Service and UPS.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

Yes, we can ship almost anywhere around the globe. Please note, though, our free shipping option does not extend beyond the contiguous lower 48 states.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?

For some items, yes. Smaller items, such as a boot kit, ball joint, or bearings, can be shipped to a PO box. However, larger items, such as axles (which we normally ship via UPS) cannot be delivered to a PO box. If your order is received for larger items with a PO box shipping address, we will reach out to you in order to obtain a physical delivery address.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delays can potentially happen when the wrong address is entered, if the shipping company cannot deliver the package due to weather, or during holidays. Please note that UPS, our primary shipper, cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
