This is a new rear CV axle & wheel bearing for an Arctic Cat ATV.

They fit the following models:

2005 ... 250 2x4 & 4x4

2005 ... 300 4x4

Fits rear left or right

  • Fits rear, left or right on the following Arctic Cat ATV models: 2005 250 2x4/4x4, 2005 300 4x4.
  • Features a stronger than OEM, 4340 chromoly steel bar for a higher tensile strenth and more durability. Engineered as a direct replacement, fully-assembled, and ready to install. Please note the bearing kit is usually shipped inside the axle box.
  • Joints fitted with neoprene CV boots for added flexibility and resistance to hot/cold temperatures. Also uses high-performance moly grease to keep vital components lubricated. High speed bearing manufactured for long life. Double lip seals made to keep grease in and dirt out.
  • Compressed length - 429.5 mm, Inboard spline count - 22, Outboard spline count - 27. Replaces Arctic Cat OEM # (axle) 0502-543, 1502-540, (bearing) 1402-027, 1402-809.
  • Warranty: 1 Year (excluding torn boots & use on lifted vehicles). Lift kit voids warranty, parts are not designed to be used on modified suspensions.
