This is a new front U-joint / CV joint axle & wheel bearing for a Polaris UTV.

They fit the following models:

2002 ..... Ranger Series 10 4x4/6x6

2002 ... Series 10 PPS Utility Task Vehicle

2003-2004 ..... Ranger Series 11 4x4/6x6

2003-2004 ... Series 11 PPS Utility Task Vehicle

2004-2005 ... Ranger 500 4x4/6x6

(this is for models with a U-joint on the inner side of the axle shaft)

*Not intended for use in lifted vehicles

Stronger than OEM chromoly hardened steel axle bar
Greased with a moly based grease to provide superior joint lubrication
Fitted with neoprene CV boots for added wear and puncture resistance
High speed bearing manufactured for long life
Double lip seal made to keep grease in and dirt out
Inboard CV joint spline count: 22
Outboard CV joint spline count: 20
Compressed overall axle length: 620.5 mm

Fits 2002 Ranger Series 10 4x4/6x6, 2002 Series 10 PPS UTV, 2003-2004 Ranger Series 11 4x4/6x6, 2003-2004 Series 11 PPS UTV, & 2004-2005 Ranger 500 4x4/6x6 (with inner U-Joint shaft).

Features a stronger than OEM chromoly forged steel axle bar. Greased with a moly based grease to provide superior joint lubrication. Fitted with neoprene CV boots for added wear and puncture resistance.

High speed bearing manufactured for long life. Double lip seal made to keep grease in and dirt out.

Replaces Polaris OEM # (axle) 1380178, 1380230, (bearing) 3514342, 3514634. Compressed Length - 620.5 mm, Inboard Spline Count - 22, Outboard Spline Count - 20.

Comes with a 1 year warranty (excluding torn boots & use on lifted vehicles). Lift kit voids warranty, parts are not designed to be used on lifted or modified vehicles.
