This is a new Rear, Left or Right CV axle for a Polaris ATV.

It fits the following 4x4 models:

2003-2005 ... Sportsman 400

2006-2007 ... Sportsman 450

(excluding Touring models)

  • Fits rear, left or right on the following Polaris ATV models: 03-05 Sportsman 400, 06-07 Sportsman 450, 03-10 Sportsman 500 (excl Touring/X2), 03-05 Sportsman 600, 03-07 Sportsman 700, 05-09 Sportsman 800 4x4/6x6 (excl Touring & X2), 05-07 Sportsman MV7.
  • Features a stronger than OEM, 4340 chromoly steel bar for a higher tensile strenth and more durability. Engineered as a direct replacement, fully-assembled, and ready to install.
  • Joints fitted with neoprene CV boots for added flexibility and resistance to hot/cold temperatures. Also uses high-performance moly grease for additional protection against various environments and to keep vital components lubricated.
  • Replaces OEM # 1380197, 1380240. Compressed overall axle length: 549 mm, Inboard CV joint spline count: 36, Outboard CV joint spline count: 26.
  • Warranty: 1 Year (excluding torn boots & use on lifted vehicles). Lift kit voids warranty, parts are not designed to be used on modified suspensions.
