This is a set of new Rear CV axles & wheel bearings for a Polaris ATV.

They fit the following 4x4 models:

2003-2005 ... Sportsman 400

2006-2007 ... Sportsman 450

2003-2010 ... Sportsman 500

(excluding Touring models)

2003-2005 ... Sportsman 600

2003-2007 ... Sportsman 700

2005-2009 ... Sportsman 800 4x4 & 6x6

  • Greased with a moly based grease to provide superior joint lubrication
  • Fitted with neoprene boots for added wear & puncture resistance
  • High speed bearings manufactured for long life
  • Double lip seals made to keep grease in and dirt out
  • Inboard CV joint spline count: 36 (both)
  • Outboard CV joint spline count: 26 (both)

  • Fits REAR, LEFT & RIGHT on the following Polaris ATVs: 2003-2005 Sportsman 400, 2006-2007 Sportsman 450, 2003-2010 Sportsman 500 (excluding Touring models), 2003-2005 Sportsman 600, 2003-2007 Sportsman 700, 2005-2009 Sportsman 800 4x4/6x6 (excluding Touring & X2 models).
  • Axles feature stronger than OEM chromoly forged steel axle bars. Greased with a moly based grease to provide superior joint lubrication. Fitted with neoprene CV boots for added wear and puncture resistance.
  • High speed bearings manufactured for long life. Double lip seals made to keep grease in and dirt out.
  • Compressed overall axle length: 549 mm (both), Inboard CV joint spline count: 36 (both), Outboard CV joint spline count: 26 (both). Replaces OE # 1380197, 1380240.
  • Comes with a 1 year warranty (excluding torn boots & use on lifted vehicles). Lift kit voids warranty, parts are not designed to be used on lifted or modified vehicles.
