This is a set of new Front & Rear CV axles for a Polaris ATV.

They fit the following 4x4 models:

2004 ... Sportsman 400

(models with male type spline on the inboard yoke)

2004 ... Sportsman 500

(models with male type spline on the inboard yoke)

2003-2004 ... Sportsman 600

(built after October 3rd, 2002)

2003-2004 ... Sportsman 700

*Not intended for use in lifted vehicles

  • Fits 2004 Sportsman 400 (with male spline inboard yoke), 2004 Sportsman 500 4x4 (with male spline inboard yoke), 2003-2004 Sportsman 600 4x4 (built after Oct 3rd, 2002), & 2003-2004 Sportsman 700.
  • Axles feature stronger than OEM chromoly forged steel axle bar. Greased with a moly based grease to provide superior joint lubrication. Fitted with neoprene CV boots for added wear and puncture resistance.
  • Compressed Length: Fronts- 511 mm, Rears- 549 mm, Inboard Spline Count: Fronts- 22, Rears- 36, Outboard Spline Count: Fronts 20, Rears- 26.
  • Replaces OE # 1380218, 1380197, 1380240.
  • Comes with a 1 year warranty (excluding torn boots & use on lifted vehicles). Lift kit voids warranty, parts are not designed to be used on lifted or modified vehicles.
