This is a set of new Rear CV axles & wheel bearing kits for a Yamaha UTV.

They fit the following 4x4 applications:

2006-2009 ... Rhino 450

2004-2007 ... Rhino 660

*Not intended for use in lifted vehicles

Product features:

  • Stronger than OEM chromoly hardened steel axle bar
  • Greased with a moly based grease to provide superior joint lubrication
  • Fitted with neoprene CV boots for added wear and puncture resistance
  • High speed bearings manufactured for long life
  • Double lip seals made to keep grease in and dirt out
  • Inboard CV joint spline count: 39 (both)
  • Outboard CV joint spline count: 27 (both)
  • Compressed overall axle length: Left - 597 mm, Right - 630 mm

Product Notes

  • Fits rear, left and right on the following Yamaha UTV models: 2006-2009 Rhino 450, 2004-2007 Rhino 660.
  • Features stronger than OEM, 4340 chromoly steel bars for a higher tensile strenth and more durability. Engineered as a direct replacement, fully-assembled, and ready to install. Please note the bearings are usually shipped inside the axle boxes.
  • Joints fitted with neoprene CV boots for added flexibility and resistance to hot/cold temperatures. Also uses high-performance moly grease to keep vital components lubricated. High speed bearings manufactured for long life. Double lip seals made to keep grease in and dirt out.
  • Replaces OEM # 5UG-F531H-10-00, 5UG-F531H-11-00, 5UG-F53B0-20-00, 5UG-F53B0-21-00, 3306-206Y2-00 93106-42800-00 93106-38800-00. Compressed length: left - 597 mm, right - 630 mm, Inboard spline count: 39 (both), Outboard spline count: 27 (both).
  • Warranty: 1 Year (excluding torn boots & use on lifted vehicles). Lift kit voids warranty, parts are not designed to be used on modified suspensions.
